Refund Policy

Overview

All payments on FDTV are made through a prepaid coin system. When you purchase coins, you are purchasing digital credits that are used to power your broadcasting station on the platform.

1. No Refund Policy

By purchasing coins on FDTV, you agree to the following:

• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstance.
• Coins cannot be transferred between user accounts.
• Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely and never expire.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: You accidentally made the same payment twice for the same package.
• Technical failure: A verified technical fault on our side prevented your coins from being credited after a confirmed payment.

All refund requests based on the above exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date, with proof of payment.

3. Service-Based Nature

FDTV provides digital broadcasting services that begin immediately upon coin credit. Because these services are digital and consumed in real time, refunds are not available once coins have been used for broadcasting, storage, or uploads.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:

• Contact FDTV support through the live chat or contact page.
• Provide your account email, payment reference number, and description of the issue.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.

5. Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage users to contact FDTV support before initiating any payment disputes with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks without prior communication with FDTV may result in account suspension.
