2. User Responsibility

By broadcasting on FDTV, you agree that:

You are the rightful owner of or have explicit permission to broadcast all content you upload or stream.
You will take full legal and financial responsibility for any content you broadcast on the platform.
FDTV is not liable for content created or distributed by users.
If your content results in legal action against FDTV, you agree to indemnify and hold FDTV harmless.

3. Content Monitoring

FDTV reserves the right to:

Monitor, review, and inspect content broadcast on the platform at any time.
Remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice.
Suspend or restrict access to stations broadcasting prohibited content.
Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Content Policy will result in the following actions:

First violation: Warning issued and offending content removed.
Second violation: Temporary station suspension (7–30 days).
Repeat violations: Permanent account ban with no refund of remaining coins.
Serious violations (illegal content, piracy, exploitation): Immediate permanent ban and potential referral to law enforcement.

5. Reporting Violations

FDTV encourages the community to help keep the platform safe. Users and viewers can report:

Offensive or harmful content
Copyright violations or pirated material
Fraudulent or deceptive broadcasts
Any content that appears to violate this policy
